· Double room (based on 2 people sharing): £52 per night

· Family room occupancy: please ask for details

· Single room: £30 per night

· All prices include full English breakfast

· We offer a 10% reduction for 4 nights or more.

· A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay is required upon booking, and the balance should be paid on arrival.

· For the comfort of all our guests, we have a no-smoking policy and are unable to accommodate pets.

· Payment may be made by either cheque or cash. Cheques should be made payable to Brook House. Unfortunately we don’t have credit card facilities at present.
